How long does the Digital Nomad Visa take?
From Spain (UGE) the decision comes within 20 working days of a complete submission; at a consulate usually 15–45 days depending on the country. Preparing the file normally takes 2–4 weeks.
Can I apply while already in Spain as a tourist?
Yes. If you are legally in Spain (for example within the 90 Schengen days) you can apply directly for the 3-year residence authorisation with the UGE.
Can I pay tax under the Beckham Law?
Yes, international teleworkers can opt for the impatriate regime (24% up to €600,000) if they have not been Spanish tax residents in the previous 5 years. We assess it in the same evaluation.
